Information for Oral Presentations
  • The time slot for each presentation is 30 minutes for keynote presentations and 20 minutes for regular presentations. We kindly ask you to leave 2-3 minutes within your allocated time slot for Q&A.
  • Session chairs will enforce the time limit rigorously in order to keep with the tight schedule. We kindly ask you for your understanding and cooperation.
  • Be at the conference hall 20 minutes before session starts, so that you can meet your session chairs and upload your slides to the computer in the conference hall. Please bring your presentations on a USB memory stick in MS-PowerPoint or Adobe PDF format.
  • The presentation format in the conference rooms is 16:9, but the format 4:3 will be also possible.
Information for Poster Presentations
  • Please prepare your poster in A0 size portrait format (approx. 84.1 cm (W) x 118.9 cm (H)).
  • Please use an appropriate font size allowing posters to be readable by delegates 1.5 m away.
  • If you need extra facilities when presenting the poster (such as tables), please contact the TEC office in advance.
  • The poster should include the poster ID-number. You can find your poster ID-number in Program > Schedule > Poster
  • Posters can be put on the board from Friday, September 13, 08:30 to Saturday, September 14, 19:00. Poster discussion can be carried out during the poster session on Day 1 (15:50-17:30) and Poster + Dinner Reception on Day 2 (17:30-19:00).
